- Weekly Yoga Plan to Combat Lif ...

Mumbai – With the rise in lifestyle-related conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and cardiovascular issues, maintaining health has become more crucial than ever. These ailments often arise from chronic stress, inactivity, unhealthy eating habits, and excessive screen time—hallmarks of the modern lifestyle.
Yoga, an ancient practice rooted in holistic wellness, offers a sustainable path to counteract these imbalances. Its blend of movement, breath control, and mindfulness not only improves physical health but also enhances emotional and mental resilience.
According to Himalayan Siddhaa Akshar, Yoga Guru and founder of Akshar Yoga Kendraa, consistent yoga practice can significantly help in restoring equilibrium to the body and mind, empowering individuals to reclaim their health naturally.
