In a heartfelt statement, Dhumal likened Kohli’s cricketing legacy to tennis icons Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic, citing his unmatched fitness and passion even after 18 IPL seasons. “Virat is the greatest ambassador for cricket,” Dhumal said, calling for a Test comeback driven by national sentiment and unfinished legacy.
Kohli has already stepped away from T20 Internationals and Test cricket, leaving fans with only ODIs and the IPL to witness his on-field brilliance. With RCB on the verge of making history, speculation is growing that Kohli may hang up his boots completely if the team lifts the trophy.
