Authorities obtained CCTV footage that showed the two girls in Panvel, Maharashtra, walking with a young man towards a beauty parlour. Reports suggest they got their hair trimmed before heading to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) railway station.
