Toyota Kirloskar Motor has announced a major price reduction across its vehicle range following the revised GST framework and the removal of additional cess. Customers will now see savings of up to ₹3.49 lakh, depending on the model, with the new pricing effective from September 22, 2025.

Biggest Benefits for SUVs and MPVs

The Toyota Fortuner enjoys the steepest cut, with GST dropping from 50% to 40%, making it cheaper by up to ₹3.49 lakh. The Fortuner Legender follows closely, offering savings of up to ₹3.34 lakh, while the Hilux gets a reduction of up to ₹2.53 lakh.

The Innova Crysta now attracts 40% GST instead of 50%, lowering prices by as much as ₹1.81 lakh, while the Innova Hycross offers up to ₹1.16 lakh in benefits.

Hatchbacks and Compact Models

  • Toyota Glanza: Tax rate cut from 29% to 18%, benefit of up to ₹85,300
  • Toyota Taisor: Rate also down from 29% to 18%, benefit of up to ₹1.11 lakh
  • Toyota Rumion: From 45% to 40%, saving up to ₹48,700
  • Toyota Hyryder: Reduced to 40%, saving up to ₹65,400

Premium Cars Become More Accessible

Luxury models also see sharp reductions. The Toyota Camry is now cheaper by up to ₹1.02 lakh, while the flagship Vellfire gets one of the highest cuts among premium offerings, with savings up to ₹2.78 lakh.
