Royal Enfield is ramping up its product lineup, with the latest news signaling the upcoming launch of the much-anticipated Bullet 650 Twin. The iconic motorcycle manufacturer has recently trademarked the name, indicating that the launch of this model is just around the corner.

Having already expanded its 650cc range with the Classic 650 Twin, Royal Enfield is now set to bring the Bullet 650 Twin to the market. This new addition to the Bullet lineup will likely share several mechanical elements with the Classic 650 Twin, including the 647cc inline twin-cylinder engine, which delivers a robust 46 hp and 52 Nm of peak torque. The power is transmitted through a six-speed transmission with a wet multi-plate clutch.

Visually, the Bullet 650 Twin is expected to retain the classic styling that Bullet fans adore, with design influences taken from the 350cc sibling. Features like a round headlamp, tear-drop shaped fuel tank with signature hand-painted pinstripes, and a boxy rear end with a single-piece seat will be present. The robust 650cc engine will add a muscular look to the overall design, complemented by twin-shock absorbers at the rear and telescopic front forks.

Braking will be handled by a 320mm disc at the front, paired with twin-piston floating calipers, while the rear will feature a 300mm disc for ample stopping power.

In addition to the Bullet 650, Royal Enfield is working on a new 750cc platform, which will debut with models like the Himalayan 750.

With the trademark filed and all signs pointing to an impending release, the Bullet 650 Twin is shaping up to be another key milestone in Royal Enfield’s growing portfolio of 650cc motorcycles.
