Mumbai – IndiGo, India’s largest airline, and global hospitality major Accor have announced a strategic partnership to integrate their loyalty programs—IndiGo’s BluChip and Accor’s ALL – Accor Live Limitless. The alliance is set to offer unmatched travel and hospitality experiences, including points-sharing, two-way loyalty conversions, and joint member benefits across flights, hotel stays, and lifestyle experiences.

This marks a first-of-its-kind collaboration between a major Indian airline and a global hotel brand. The goal? To reshape how customers engage with travel and hospitality rewards.

The partnership aims to tap into India’s rapidly growing travel market by offering:

  • Two-way conversion of loyalty points between BluChip and ALL
  • Co-branded loyalty campaigns and marketing initiatives
  • Member rewards for flights, hotel bookings, and curated experiences
  • Plans to scale Accor’s India presence to 300 hotels by 2030

Pieter Elbers, CEO of IndiGo, noted that over 2 million members have joined BluChip since its launch in November 2024. “This partnership with Accor is the next logical step in making travel more rewarding for our customers,” he said.

Accor’s CEO Sébastien Bazin echoed the sentiment, calling it a “powerful synergy” that will enhance customer journeys across India and globally.

Accor’s ALL program includes over 45 hotel brands and a network of 100 million+ members. With India poised to be one of the world’s top travel markets by 2027, this partnership puts both companies in a prime position to capitalize on the country’s booming hospitality and aviation sectors.
