Speaking to Hindustan Times, Ananya shared that she has been following a gut cleanse diet for the past few months. “It’s been very healthy and has made a huge difference in my life. I’ve been very disciplined with my meals and make sure I eat my last meal by 7 PM. I don’t eat after that,” she said.
The change, she explained, has helped her feel more energetic and lighter the next day. “Earlier, I used to eat dinner very late,” she admitted, adding that she has also started cutting out foods that don’t make her feel good. “I think it’s better to start young—it really helps later,” she said.
