New Delhi: Union Home Minister Amit Shah has revealed that he lost over 20 kilograms and successfully reversed diabetes — all by making a few simple yet consistent lifestyle changes.
Speaking at the ‘Healthy Liver–Healthy India’ event organised by the Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences (ILBS) in New Delhi on World Liver Day (April 19), Shah said his transformation began in May 2020, when he decided to take charge of his health through better sleep, nutrition, and exercise.
“Since May 2020, I have transformed my life and reversed diabetes by improving sleep, hydration, diet, and regular exercise,” Shah said, adding, “Today, I stand before you free from all kinds of allopathic medicine and insulin.”
