Actress Tamannaah Bhatia recently opened up about the transformative role spirituality and meditation have played in her life. In an interview on The Permit Room YouTube channel, she shared how practices at the Isha Yoga Centre helped her navigate the pressures of fame and public scrutiny, especially in the age of social media.

Tamannaah revealed that she’s now “the happiest and most joyful” she’s ever been—not because of external success, but due to a deeper inner balance. According to her, spirituality gave her the ability to remain content even when things don’t go as planned, helping her stay grounded and resilient.

The Aranmanai 4 actor emphasized that this internal shift has also made her more ambitious and eager to experience life fully. Though she admits she still has bad days, she pointed out that her emotional recovery is much faster now. She recommends such practices to others, though she acknowledges that meditation is a personal journey, and not everyone might connect with it instantly.

Touching on purpose and introspection, Tamannaah shared that sometimes simply asking life’s big questions can lead to clarity—even if answers remain elusive. She also emphasized that spirituality is rooted in personal experiences and that everyone’s path is different.

On the work front, Tamannaah was last seen in Sikandar ka Muqaddar, and she’s currently gearing up for Odela 2, Daring Partners on Prime Video, and an untitled film directed by Mission Mangal’s Jagan Shakti.
