Malayalam actress Saniya Iyappan, known for her roles in Queen and Lucifer, has candidly spoken about her breakup and the valuable lessons she learned from the experience.
In an interview with the YouTube channel I AM With Dhanya Varma, Saniya reflected on her approach to relationships, admitting, “I tend to over-commit in relationships, which might be my mistake. If I’m in a relationship, I’m ready to give it 24-hour attention.”
She also revealed how her former partner’s views on the film industry affected her. “The person I dated made me believe that girls in the film industry won’t find a good partner, and a good family won’t accept them.”
However, Saniya remained steadfast in her passion for cinema. “Even though that person said all this, I had no plans to quit films,” she stated.
Following the breakup, the actress took time to heal, spending a month in Australia with her sister while traveling to different places. Despite the challenges, Saniya continues to focus on her career and personal growth, proving that she is undeterred by societal opinions.
