The Economic Offence Wing of the Central Crime Branch (CCB) has busted a fake SSLC and PUC marks card racket operating across multiple districts in Karnataka. Acting on a tip-off, authorities arrested three individuals involved in the illegal scheme.

Accused Identified

The arrested individuals have been identified as:

  • Prashanth Gudumi (41) from Dharwad
  • Mounish K.J. (36) from Banashankari, Bengaluru
  • Rajashekhar H. (41) from Gadag

Operation and Charges

The gang was selling fake secondary and pre-university marks cards for prices ranging between ₹5,000 and ₹20,000. Their fraudulent activities spanned multiple districts, targeting students and individuals seeking forged academic credentials.

Authorities are continuing their investigation to track down other possible links in the racket.
